Coaching Staff 

Kristi

The heart and soul of P10! Kristi first opened Perfect 10's doors in 1986 teaching tumbling and rec. classes. Kristi loves working with all ages and introducing everything that cheerleading can bring into the lives of athletes! In her free time, she loves to spend time with her husband, Ted, and the rest of her family. She became a Grandma "KeKe" last year and now is a grandma of 4!

Katie

Katie started at Perfect 10 at age 6. She grew up in competitive gymnastics and cheerleading ands started teaching tumbling and working with teams her junior year of high school. She has coached competitive teams the past 8 years at Perfect 10! Katie is a kindergarten teacher entering her 5th year of teaching!

Kacey

Kacey started dance and gymnastics whens she was 18 months old and cheerleading at 4. She has been at Perfect 10 since she was 10! She graduated with a degree in kinesiology from IUPUI and along with coaching, does personal training and runs a meal prep business!

Mackenzie

Mackenzie is the daughter of Kristi and grew up in competitive cheerleading and volleyball. She loves getting to be back and involved in the gym this past season and is excited for the future! Mackenzie is also in medical device sales and enjoys spending time with friends and family!

Katie

Katie started gymnastics at 4-5 years old with Kristi! She continued gymnastics classes elementary-high school. She coached high school cheerleading for 4 years and is on her first year coaching allstar cheer! Katie is excited to be back coaching and working at Perfect 10. She is also a kindergarten teacher!

Danielle

Danielle has always had a love for cheer and dance. She cheered competitively for 11 years and danced competitively for 3 years, where she attended Worlds all 3 years. Danielle also cheered at Center Grove High school in middle school and all 4 years of high school. When she graduated she was on UCA staff for 2 years doing summer camps and clinics. While doing UCA staff, she cheered at the University of Indianapolis for 2 years. Danielle has coached cheer for 7 years now and cannot wait to continue her journey at Perfect 10. Danielle graduated with her Psychology degree from IUPUI and currently works at an Elementary School as a Special Education Assistant.  

Erica

Erica began gymnastics at 18 months. She cheered in middle school and high school. Previously, she has coached competitive and high school cheer. She is a Education teacher in Shelbyville where she lives with her husband and 3 children. Erica is excited to join the Perfect 10 family and to be back in the gym coaching her favorite sport!

Caylie

Steffany

Steffany began cheering at a young age and continued her cheer career during college at Butler University. She has been coaching cheer and tumbling for 19 years. She graduated as a PharmD in 2006 and is a pharmacist while not coaching and enjoying time with her husband and two girls. 

Meet Coach Caylie! She started gymnastics when she was 2 years old. She has done 10 years of competitive gymnastics, 7 years of competitive cheerleader, and she was a member of the WNBA’s fever inferno hip-hop squad for four years. Caylie was a high school cheer coach for three years, and this is her second season coaching at P10. She has coached at several other competitive cheer gyms before coming to Perfect 10. She is a mom of three girls who are all competitive cheerleaders. 

Sereta

 Sereta has always had a passion and love for coaching. She started competitive cheer at the age of 5 and continued until she was 16 years old. Sereta was on varsity all 4 years in high school and cheered at the D1 collegiate level for 2 years at IUPUI. She is also currently a senior at IUPUI majoring in Radiography. She loves being able to work at perfect 10 as well as spending time with her friends and family!
